What is Group Therapy?

The power of a group enables us to explore our difficulties together. However isolated or reluctant we may feel in sharing these difficulties, our groups are designed to bring together individuals who have gone through similar challenges. Many of our experiences can be shared within a safe environment of the group, bound by confidentiality.

Individuals experiencing underpinning social anxiety, low self esteem, shame and guilt, may initially find the thought of a group daunting but are likely to benefit the most.

Group therapy uses group dynamics and collective processes, guided and supported by our experienced therapists & clinicians, to help you overcome life’s adversities, ensuring you achieve your true potential.

We offer several types of group therapies, specifically designed to ensure that you are closely matched with individuals who have encountered similar difficulties across their lifespan.
